Bacon and cabbage bowl

INGREDIENTS
- 200g Bacon Bits
- Avocado Oil
- 1/3 Cabbage
- 1/2 Onion
- Garlic
- Seasoning
- Optional: Cheese
Method
- Heat the avocado oil
- Fry the bacon & add spices
- Remove the Bacon
- Add the onion and garlic (more oil if needed) and fry them
- Add chopped cabbage and fry until desired softness is reached
- Season to taste
- Bowl it up with the bacon bits and grated cheese (optional) on top – a quick spin in the microwave will melt the chese
