Q: What does the service include?
This personalised plan is a once off meal planning service, not an ongoing coaching commitment. Once you sign up for the personalised plan, you will fill out an online evaluation, after which we will have a short call with you to meet you and to discuss the way forward. Thereafter, your meal plan gets compiled, sent to you, and you start following it whilst self-monitoring your progress. Then, you check back in wish us and we make sure that the meal plan is giving you the desired result. If not, we make changes. However, if no changes are required, this is potentially the end of our engagement for this particular service.
To be clear, the idea is that you should keep it simple and repeat these meal plans until they are no longer effective, which does happen at some point in time as the body adjusts. But this does not happen in just 2 weeks. The meal plan you will receive will be a 14-day meal plan that is created in such a way that week one and two are meant to be alternated and repeated as a cycle. Remember, the most successful dieters in the world are people who manage to take a couple of go-to meals or a simple meal plan, and repeat it until they reach their goal.
Once your meal plan stops being effective, which eventually will happen as you lose weight and your body adjusts to a lower calorie intake, you are welcome to contact us and we will advise you how to make alterations so that they keep losing weight. However, should you requrie a brand new meal plan and new recipes, you will need to sign up for and pay for a new meal plan again.
Q: Who is this plan for?
In light of the fact that this is a once off meal planning service and does not include coaching, you need to be frank with yourself and ask yourself whether you simply need a meal plan and you have the discipline to follow through on it without coaching or support, or whether you need coaching.
Therefore, we suggest that you only sign up for a personalised plan with us if you have very specific dietary reqiurements, you want a bespoke plan for a different purpose than general weight loss, such as training for an event like a triathlon or run, or doing a strict contest-prep style diet which is very restrictive and not based on a lifestyle approach.
For everyone else, we recommend signing up for our coaching programme instead. On the coaching programme you get full time coaching and support, a 21-day meal plan and a bonus 7-day meal prep menu. What’s more, it’s also cheaper than a personalised plan, and you get a discount if you want to repeat it again thereafter.
Q: What happens after I sign up?
Once you sign up and you’ve made your payment through our secure payment portal, the following will happen:
- You will receive confirmation of your purchase and an email taking you to an online evaluation to fill out.
- Once you’ve filled out the evaluation, we will shedule a consultation call with you.
- Thereafter, your meal plan will be drawn up and sent to you.
- Then, you will have a period of 7-days where you get full time support from us on the implementation of the plan, via WhatsApp during office hours.
- Lastly, you will submit a progress report and we will make sure that the meal plan is effective for you. Should it not be, we will change it free of charge. Should it prove to be effective, the meal plan stays the same and you keep following it until you either reach your goal, or it stops being effective. At that stage you may contact us for support on how to change the plan yourself in order to make sure you keep losing weight, or you can sign up for a brand new plan, do another evaluation and consultation, and receive a new meal plan with new recipes.

Q: I have allergies or specific dietary requirements, can you work around this?
Yes! Our plans are 100% bespoke and customisable and we offer anything from dairy and meat free programmes to requests relating to specific dietary preferences (because not everyone likes avo, we know!).
Q: How long will it take to receive my plan?
As this is a bespoke service, it takes time to consult with you, evaluate you and create your plan. Generally, it can take up to a week after the initial consultation for you to receive your plan. Should you wish to fast-track your plan and have it ready within 24-hours, we are able to do so at an additional fee of R750.
Q: How expensive are the ingredients and will I be able to find everything? I live in a small town.
This is a bespoke, personalised plan. If you want us to make use of only budget-friendly ingredients that are available to you, we do just that.
