Which Payment Methods are Accepted in the Online Shop?
We make use of the Payfast payment gateway. Payfast accepts all VISA and Mastercard credit cards, Mobicred, Zapper and Instant EFT payments. PayFast is committed to keeping you and your information secure. They have a multitude of checks in place to protect both buyers and sellers from fraudulent transactions.
How Secure is Shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data secure?
Our website is protected by an SSL certificate and we do not process any credit payments or information on site but rather through a secure off site vendor.
What exactly happens after I place an order? How long does delivery take?
Delivery is instantanous. Once you sign up for the program, you’ll receive a confirmation e-mail with the next steps described along with the relevant downloadable products.
What is your Refund Policy? Is there a Guarantee?
Yep… all our products come with a lose-3-or-it’s-free guarantee. In other words, we are so confident in our plans that we offer them together with a LOSE 3 OR IT’S FREE money-back guarantee. If you do not lose at least 3kg within the first 10 days we offer you a 100% refund. No questions asked. We obviously don’t think it will come to that, but if you are even the least bit worried if this will work for you, then put your mind at ease. You either get results, or you get your money back.
